By creating a Waggle account you agree to these terms. They're written plainly on purpose — please read them before you meet anyone.
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You need one account per person, with accurate information about you and your pet.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give Waggle permission to display that content inside the app so other owners can find and meet you.
Only upload content you have the right to share, and don't post anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, harassing, or misleading.
Waggle introduces owners; it does not vet, screen or background-check members, their pets, or the places you agree to meet.
You are responsible for your own safety and for your pet's behaviour, vaccinations, licensing and control at all times.
Follow local leash, vaccination and dangerous-animal laws. Meet in public, dog-friendly places, especially the first time.
No harassment, spam, scams, solicitation, or impersonation.
No breeding, selling or rehoming animals through Waggle.
Use block and report if someone makes you uncomfortable. We review reports and may remove content or accounts.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.
Waggle is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waggle is not liable for injuries, damages, disputes or losses arising from interactions between members, their pets, or events organised through the app.
If we update these terms we'll change the date at the top and note it in the app. Continuing to use Waggle means you accept the update.
